TO ENTER INTO A LEASE AGREEMENT AND RECEIVE RENT PAYMENTS, YOU NEED TO DO THE FOLLOWING:

Prepare the documents:
1. Copy of the passport and identification code of the owner of the land plot being offered for lease.
2. Copies of the legal documents for the land plot being offered for lease (copy of certificate, state act, court decision, certificate of inheritance rights).

Step2

Contact our representatives and arrange a meeting to discuss the details of signing the lease agreement.
Step3

Carefully review the lease agreement and all its terms.
Step4

Sign the lease agreement in three copies, one of which is provided to you, the second is kept by the company, and the third is handed over to the state registrar.
Step5

Receive rent payments for the land plot in kind or cash annually by December 31 of the current year.

To obtain the ownership right to a land plot by inheritance, it is necessary to:

Contact a notary with a statement of acceptance of the inheritance. The statement is submitted personally to the notary at the place of inheritance opening. If the heir resided permanently with the testator at the time of inheritance opening and did not refuse to accept the inheritance within the time limit established by law, then he/she is considered to have accepted it. Regardless of the time of acceptance, the inheritance belongs to the heir from the moment of its opening.

After the expiration of a 6-month period from the date of inheritance opening, contact the notary who received the statement of acceptance of the inheritance with a request to issue a certificate of the right to inherit.

The following documents must be attached to the application:

A certificate of the testator’s death (issued by the civil registry office based on a medical certificate of death);

Documents confirming the family relationship between the heir and the testator (passport, tax ID, birth certificate, marriage certificate);

The original documents confirming the fact of land plot ownership (State Act on the right to own a land plot, or a Certificate of the right to own a land plot);

A certificate of the normative monetary valuation of the land plot, issued by the territorial body of the State Service of Ukraine for Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre, or an expert evaluation report;

An extract from the Land Register and a certificate of absence of encumbrances and restrictions.
